Under the test efforts of our R & D team, we designed a high-frequency mixed rectangular connector for customers, whichhas the advantages of small size, light weight and high contact density.
The plug socket uses 12#and 20#pin jack, the working current of large contact is 20A, the working current of small contact is 2A; the contact resistance of large contact is ≤ 1.5m Ω; the contact resistance of small contact is ≤ 14.6m Ω; the insulation resistance is ≥ 500M Ω; the plug shell is 17.6 high, and the socket shell is 9.5 high; the shell is made of aluminum alloy, belonging to IP55 level, which can prevent harmful dust and sprayed water from entering the equipment interior, andcan withstand severe use environments such as strong vibration and impact, especially suitable for special requirements for the use space and light equipment; the vibration range:10~ 2000Hz196m/s 2; the impact range:490m/s 2; the mechanical life is about 500 times.
This product can be widely used in aerospace, aviation, weapons, ships, communications, computers and other industries equipment instrument cabin internal use.
